Cryogenic engineering for clean energy fueling — complete LNG filling station systems including storage tanks, submersible pumps, pump skids, dispensers and PLC control, built to order and supplied as OEM/ODM equipment under your own station branding.
This is a custom-engineered product line rather than a stocked catalog item — every station is specified and built to your project requirements.

Supervised end-to-end by the PLC station control system, from tanker unloading through to vehicle charging.
Pressure-equalized transfer from tanker to storage tank, self-pressurized or pump-assisted.
Precooled, metered delivery from storage tank to vehicle cylinder via mass flowmeter.
Self-pressurization, pump-assisted pressurization and saturation adjustment keep delivery stable.
Automatic relief valves, emergency shutdown and gas-detection interlocks protect the station.
LNG is natural gas cooled to a cryogenic liquid for compact, efficient transport and storage. Knowing its properties — alongside the media it is often handled with — is the foundation for safe station design and operation.
A specialized cryogenic vessel for storing LNG. Available in horizontal or vertical configuration, with vacuum-perlite-powder or high-vacuum multilayer insulation wrapped in radiant heat-reflective foil. Each tank includes a safety valve to prevent the internal medium from exceeding safe pressure.
Key components: low-temp cutoff valve · DP level gauge · tank body · safety valve · 3-way switch valve · low-temp emergency shutoff valve

The primary power source for LNG transfer, driven by an electric motor with a centrifugal impeller submerged in LNG. Minimum working temperature −196℃, cryogenic-resistant, wear-resistant sealing materials, and variable-frequency control for adjustable speed and outlet pressure. Available in multiple brand configurations.

Power supply: 380 V (50 Hz) — all models

Integrates the LNG submersible pump, vacuum pump pit, vacuum piping, ambient vaporizer, cryogenic valves and instruments onto a single explosion-proof-certified frame for fast, standardized field installation and simplified maintenance.
Integrates the process components and control devices used at the LNG tanker unloading point onto a single skid, with fully explosion-proof electrical equipment throughout.

Converts LNG into NG through natural heat exchange between the finned-tube coil and ambient air — no external heat source required.
The metering terminal that fills LNG directly into vehicle-mounted cylinders. One-touch precooling and filling, dual-side backlit LCD display, IC-card automated settlement, and full remote-monitoring connectivity to the station management system.

Monitors and manages storage tanks, pumps, process valves and dispensers — handling data acquisition, automated control, real-time display and alarm functions across the entire station.

Every valve and instrument is rated for cryogenic LNG service, with certified explosion-proof electronics throughout.

The instrument air system supplies pressurized, dried air or nitrogen to power pneumatic valves station-wide. The gas-safety system continuously monitors for combustible-gas leaks and triggers automated alarms and interlocks.

Reduces cold loss with an optimized structure and ample service access.
Breakaway force 400–600N protects both liquid and vapor lines.
